We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Retail Store (Airport) to oversee the full operation of a high-traffic airport retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with airport regulations, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a solid understanding of airport-specific protocols in Dubai.
Manage daily retail store operations in a fast-paced airport environment.
Oversee sales performance, P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure full compliance with airport protocols, including DAFM requirements, airport pass procedures, and aviation security regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate multicultural teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage staff scheduling in alignment with flight schedules and operational needs.
Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, and POS system management.
Maintain high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency.
Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
Proven managerial experience in retail, hospitality, or airport operations.
Strong knowledge of Dubai airport protocols and aviation security procedures.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume retail operations under pressure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
Strong understanding of P&L management and sales performance optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
Flexibility to work shifts and varying hours based on flight schedules.
UAE or GCC retail experience preferred; Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.

As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top real estate talent—sales agents, property specialists, leasing consultants—for our Dubai operations. Your goal is to build a high-performance team that aligns with our organisational values, drives growth and excels in client experience.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to attract agents, brokers, leasing professionals and other real estate roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels: networking, job boards, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate fit (skills, experience, personality).
Manage end-to-end hiring process: scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs, including passive candidates.
Maintain candidate and hiring metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire.
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention strategies.
Promote employer brand: craft job descriptions, represent company in events, ensure positive candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or sales-driven environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g. Arabic) are a plus.
Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market (or willingness to learn quickly).
Comfortable using recruiting software / ATS, sourcing tools, social media platforms.
Results-oriented mindset with ability to work under targets and tight deadlines.
